Management of Client interests, both Technically and Commercially, is a specialist activity with EPD and are discharged with care and sensitivity to ensure that the long-term interests of the Client are protected and enhanced.

Representation can be at vendor locations, externally based or within Client offices ensuring that effective communication can be achieved to free up Client resources.

Responsibilities undertaken include:

• Receive, review, comment and return documents on Client's behalf
• Receive, review, comment and return engineering requisitions and purchase orders on Client's behalf
• Attend vendor meetings, progress meetings, kick off meetings
• Supervise HAZOP meetings
• Witness tests, factory acceptance tests
• Site attendance for commissioning, plant start ups and sign off for acceptance documents and punch lists
