Experienced Project Teams or Project Managers will plan and execute Projects of all sizes from large Field Development Projects through to Equipment design and build. Each Project is analysed and planned to achieve the client objectives in the required timescale and within agreed budgets.
Expertise is deployed at appropriate times within the project including Supplier Chain Management, Planning, Expediting, Inspection, Logistics and Field Support Staff. The Project Management team interfaces with all disciplines to co-ordinate progress and milestone achievement, ensuring that technical compliance and Client specifications are maintained at all times.
Initial Project Planning will define the initial resource requirements and this will be subsequently updated to monitoring progress and identifying the need for alternative action plans. This need can arise from many different sources such as: manufacturing delays, test failures, accidents, external factors and more. It may be necessary to implement specific recovery plans to bring the Project back to an agreed timescale or identify additional resources to recover delays.
Pro-active Project Management maximises available opportunities to improve added-value and reduce costs and schedules, leading to improved financial returns and reduced investment recovery times.
