Projects don't just happen by themselves, they need to be driven and directed to ensure that the objectives are achieved. EPD provide focussed and practical momentum to project execution to ensure that the entire Project Team, including suppliers, are all working in co-operation and providing mutual support.
As appropriate, full time project controllers and expediters regularly check and cross check planned activity start dates for initiation, progress or completion. EPD expediters will, where necessary, initiate corrective actions or seek project assistance to review progress status. Regular project progress reports are provided to the frequency and detail required by the Client.
