MANAGEMENT SERVICES
- Project Management
Experienced Project Teams or Project Managers will plan and execute Projects of all sizes from large Field Development Projects through to equipment design and build. Each Project is analysed and resourced to achieve the client objectives in the required timescale and within agreed budgets.
- Project Control and Monitoring
Each Project will require a tailored approach to the extent and methods employed for monitoring, measuring and controlling a project. The detail and complexity of the Project usually defines the scope of project control and monitoring and EPD can offer advice on, and implement, the procedures for project control, monitoring and reporting.
- Project Scheduling and Expediting
EPD utilises both Microsoft Project and proprietary project software, such as Primavera, depending on the Project complexity and external interface requirements. Recommendations are made to ensure the most appropriate methods of project scheduling and progress updating are employed.
- Client Representation
Where a Client requires a third party to oversee, and report on, significant work packages EPD can provide a wide range of services. Usually this will include a project manager and an appropriately sized project team of engineers and controllers who will provide effective monitoring to the level required by the Client. EPD can act in all aspects for and on behalf of the Client, except in agreed designated areas which specifically require the Client sanction.
