EPD can carry out HAZOP studies for new and existing installations to identify potential hazards and operability problems consistent with client safety requirements. The HAZOP studies can be performed in our UK offices or on-site at client locations.

As well as recording all HAZOP discussions and actions, EPD can also provide the following services:

• Post HAZOP administration
• Provide final HAZOP report and issue action sheets
• Final action review and close out services

EPD's approach to environmental issues is to help facilities obtain and maintain compliance with all applicable environmental regulations while providing the operating flexibility that is needed to meet processing and throughput objectives. Before deciding to proceed with a new project or process, EPD can perform an EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) in order to review the human environmental and ecological health consequences of running the proposed facility. Site assessments on existing facilities can also be performed by EPD, with particular expertise in process plant effluent water quality measurement.
