- Training
The success of any plant or system is dependent upon many factors, including the experience of the operations staff and the level of understanding by the operators of the plant or system.
EPD can offer a wide range of training services associated with various aspects of crude oil, gas and water treatment at production facilities.
- Commissioning Assistance
Successful long-term operation of equipment and systems will only follow a comprehensive, safe and relevant commissioning and start up process. It is essential that a logical and thorough procedure is planned and EPD is able to analyse Process Systems and develop detailed commissioning procedures and work routines, as well as supervise site activities to ensure a successful and safe start-up.
- Audit and Troubleshooting
Operational sites are constantly subject to change and these often necessitate changes to the way in which the equipment is operated or require additional capacity to be considered. EPD is able to carry out System audits to identify bottlenecks, or problem areas, where overall improvements can be gained with the minimum disruption.
- Operations Support
Operational staff may sometimes benefit from specialist advice or support on a wide range of issues that are not necessarily familiar to them. These can include process enhancements and optimisation, new systems introduction, chemical optimisation, establishment of sampling and monitoring systems or many other related issues.
