EPD have extensive world-wide experience in the field of crude oil, water and gas processing. Including detailed knowledge in the field of crude oil, water and gas processing including detailed knowledge of specialist technologies and their application. Specialist staff combine this knowledge with analytical techniques to provide consultancy services in the form of both conceptual and detailed system designs.
- Oil Treatment
EPD offers a complete consultancy and project management service for crude oil from the wellhead to the crude export pipeline or tanker. These services are applied from concept selection and basic engineering to final plant commissioning and includes process design, testing and commissioning services, performance audits and training courses.
- Gas Treatment
Natural gas processing consists of separating all of the various fluids from the natural gas to produce 'pipeline quality' dry natural gas. EPD capabilities cover a wide range of gas treatment operations including: Dehydration, Dewpoint Control, Acid Gas Removal, Fuel Gas Systems, LNG and Gas Utilisation.
- Water Treatment
EPD provides a comprehensive service for the development of systems for water injection, enhanced oil recovery, waste water and produced water treatment for disposal or injection.
- Oilfield Chemicals Evaluation and Selection
EPD can offer a full range of laboratory screening trials and or can assist in the field testing of selected chemicals. EPD can also assist clients in the compilation of a toxicological database or risk assessment for all the chemicals used within a production system or at a production plant.
